Water & Sewer Billing

Overview


The Village of Lombard provides water and sewer services for residents and businesses in the community.

Water billing services and staffing are part of the Finance Department's Customer Service Division. However, the Village of Lombard Public Works Department is responsible for repairs and maintenance of the Village's water and sewer system.

General Billing Information


· The billing cycle is every two months
· Charges are based on actual water consumption, unless an actual reading can not be obtained.

Your Water/Sewer Account On-line
The Water/Sewer Billing Division offers customers a convenient way to track their water and/or sewer usage or view history of usage. It’s part of the Village’s effort to give residents access to information whenever they want it, not just during business hours. Customers can obtain billing information by registering their water/sewer account number.

Revenue
The revenue from water and sewer fees is used exclusively to pay for the cost of the water purchased from the DuPage Water Commission and sewage treated by the Glenbard Wastewater Authority as well as for maintenance and repair of the Village’s water and sewer system.
