This Project Includes:
Milling of the existing roadway, drainage and utility structure repairs, pavement patching, curb and sidewalk repairs, replacement of asphalt surface, and traffic signal upgrades.
After postponement of the project due to the Laborers Union and Operating Engineers Strikes in July, the project was started in August, 2010, and was substantially completed in December, 2010. Corrective actions to pavement striping and crosswalk deficiencies have been suspended for the winter and will resume when ambient air and pavement temperatures are at acceptable levels.
