Facilities that maintain, store or handle hazardous materials identified in the Village's Code of Ordinances or conduct processes which produce conditions hazardous to life and property shall be inspected on an annual basis and will require a Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement to be filed to determine the materials, quantities, and conditions applicable to the Operational Permit Program.
