Water/Sewer Bill Payment Options

The Village of Lombard offers convenient, online ways to pay your water and sewer bill. There are no fees for either payment option.
- Pay Water bill Online Through the WaterSmart Portal
Visit the Village's WaterSmart Portal to make a water bill payment by credit or debit card.
- Set Up Auto Pay for Water Bill
To pay for your water bill through automatic bank withdrawl, complete the form at www.villageoflombard.org/autopay. Your water bill will be automatically withdrawn on the due date of the bill. There are no fees for this payment option.

Set Up Auto Pay for Water Bill
To pay for your water bill through automatic bank withdrawl, complete the form at www.villageoflombard.org/autopay. Your water bill will be automatically withdrawn on the due date of the bill. There are no fees for either payment option.
Pay your bill by mail. In this case, please allow five business days, as the Water/Sewer Billing division must receive your payment in the mail by the date it is due, regardless of when the payment is postmarked.
Pay your bill by dropping your payment in one of two water bill drop boxes at Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Ave.:
- Drive-thru drop box located in the Village Hall parking lot, next to the mailbox and retired flag drop box.
- Main entrance drop box located to the left of the main entrance of Village Hall, near the flagpole.
Water/Sewer bill payments are removed from the box at 8:00 a.m. When paying your bill by this method, you must have your payment in the box before 8:00 a.m. on the day it is due.
Pay your bill in person at the Village Hall at 255 E. Wilson Ave. Please note that Village Hall is open to the public Monday - Thursday,8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
