Traffic Impact: No detours are anticipated on this project, however, the project will impact traffic with lane closures. Motorists are reminded to follow traffic signage and exercise caution within the work zone.

How does this benefit me?  This improvement project will provide increased roadway and intersection capacity and traffic signal modernization for Roosevelt Road and Finley Road. Dual left turn lanes on Finley Road will alleviate current and projected traffic volumes at the intersection, and a third lane on eastbound Roosevelt Road will accommodate additional traffic for the new Mariano’s grocery store. A new traffic signal will provide convenient access from both directions of Roosevelt Road into the Mariano’s property.

Will my road be closed?  Roosevelt Road and Finley Road will experience lane closures when needed.

If my driveway is inaccessible where do I park?  Driveways will remain accessible for the project duration excluding short-term work periods.

Will my water or sewer service be affected?  Water and sewer services are not anticipated to be affected.
