Daily Fee Spaces
Daily fee spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are designated by numbered green signs. Spaces must be purchased as soon as you park (or a ticket may be issued) by paying $1.25 at one of the four (4) Electronic Pay Boxes located at the West end of the Hammerschmidt lots, and on both the North and South sides of the tracks near the stairways leading to the pedestrian tunnel. The Pay Boxes accept cash/coins and Visa/MasterCard only (no Discover or American Express). Pay Boxes do not issue change on cash transactions and no refunds will be issued. You may also pay online at www.ppprk.com or by downloading the Passport Parking App on your smartphone (requires registration and an additional fee of $0.37 per transaction to Passport Parking will apply). Daily fee commuter spaces are offered at the following locations:
Parkside (2 lots separated by Main St.)
Located along the south side of the tracks running both east and west of
Located off of
Please Note:The Hammerschmidt parking lot in Downtown Lombard has expanded! The expansion includes 92 new parking spaces and an additional pay box. This is a daily fee parking lot and offers free parking after 11 a.m.

Handicapped spaces have been designated in two locations near the Metra Station:
- East end of Park/Elizabeth lot (North side of the tracks)
- East end of the Parkside West lot (South side of the tracks)
There is no fee to park in these spaces. However, the vehicle must have handicapped plates or a current handicapped permit/placard must be displayed or a ticket may be issued.

Are there times when I can park in a daily fee lot for free?
Vehicles parked in commuter parking lots are required to pay the daily fee if parking in a daily fee lot at anytime between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For purposes of free parking in commuter parking lots, a holiday shall include only the following days:
- New Year's Day - January 1
- Memorial Day - the fourth Monday of May
- Fourth of July - July 4
- Labor Day - the first Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Day - the fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Day - December 25
