Old holiday lights, extension cords and scrap wiring will be collected for Elgin Recycling at a bin in front of Lombard Public Works, 1051 S. Hammerschmidt Avenue from Thanksgiving through January 17th. The bin is accessible at all hours.

Remove plastic ornamentals and bags to prevent entangling in the processing machinery. Plastic bags should also never be included in curbside recycling for the same reason.
