Historic Marker Dedication at the Sheldon Peck Homestead

The Lombard Historical Society, with the Illinois State Historical Society, in conjunction with the Pomeroy Foundation, dedicates a new historic marker recognizing Sheldon Peck’s legacy as a radical abolitionist and a Conductor on the Underground Railroad. The dedication will take place on August 11, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at the Sheldon Peck Homestead, 355 E Parkside Avenue in Lombard, Illinois. Lemonade and cookies will be served in the garden.
