At the Village Board of Trustees Meeting on Thursday, May 4, 2017, Village President Keith Giagnorio and Trustees Reid Foltyniewicz, William Ware, and Dan Whittington, along with Village Clerk Sharon Kuderna were sworn into office for 4 year terms.
At the start of the meeting, Sharon Kuderna was sworn in as Village Clerk by Community Development Director Bill Heniff. Once sworn in, Kuderna swore in President Giagnorio and the Trustees. This is Giagnorio’s second term as elected mayor, after having served as Village Trustee for District 2. This is Foltyniewicz’s second term as Trustee for District 3, Ware’s third term as Trustee for District 6, Whittington’s second term as Trustee for District 1, and Kuderna’s second term as Village Clerk.
President Giagnorio and Trustees thanked their families, community members, and families for their support and assistance.
“I would like to thank the residents for allowing myself and this great Village Board four more years to continue the progress of what we’ve accomplished,” said Giagnorio. “I have the same enthusiasm I had 4 years ago. We are going to do an even better job over the next four years.”
