The Village of Lombard has concluded its committee level discussion of the existing local ban on video gaming.
The topic was discussed at the Finance and Administration Committee on Oct. 22, the Public Safety and Transportation Committee on Nov. 7, the Community Relations Committee on Nov. 12, and the Economic and Community Development Committee on Dec. 10.
The Village Board will be hosting a workshop regarding video gaming on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m. at Village Hall. The purpose of the Village Board workshop will be to review the committee recommendations and begin initial Board discussion of the matter. No final action will be taken. All meetings are open to the public.
