On April 13th, the Village of Lombard held a special Board of Trustees Meeting where Village staff provided a detailed and comprehensive update on the progress of the 2021-2024 Strategic Plan.
Village staff presented a detailed overview, including a thorough analysis of each strategic priority, outlining key achievements and challenges. Staff also provided a comprehensive analysis of the data and metrics used to track progress towards the identified objectives, highlighting areas of success and those requiring additional work.
