To better serve the community and improve overall efficiency for Village staff, the Village of Lombard has launched a new Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) platform.
The new FOIA platform provides a more user-friendly and efficient tool to request public records and information. It also simplifies the administrative workload for village staff, making it easier to process FOIA requests promptly.
New features include an intuitive interface, which allows users to submit FOIA requests online, track their progress, and receive timely updates on the status of their inquiries. Additionally, it provides a centralized repository for public records, making it easier to access essential information.
