St. Patrick's Day: Celebrate Responsibly

The Lombard Police Department will conduct special patrols this St. Patrick's Day to crack down on impaired drivers and encourage people to wear their seat belts. Celebrated throughout the country, St. Patrick’s Day is one of the deadliest holidays of the year due to the number of drunk drivers on the road. If you will be drinking or using another impairing substance, plan ahead for a sober ride home. Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Lombard!

Recycle Campaign Signs

Recycle Corrugated Plastic Campaign Signs at Village Hall

Corrugated plastic signs are common during campaign seasons, but are not easily recyclable. To help solve this problem, two large containers will be placed at Lombard Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Ave., from March 18-23, to recycle corrugated plastic signs and their steel stands. The public is welcome to use these bins while they are available.
