COVID-19 Update from the Village of Lombard: April 14, 2020

Hotline for COVID-19 Related Stress
While social distancing might still be in place, it is important to know that you are not alone. Illinois recently launched Call4Calm, an emotional support hotline, in response to the significant stress of COVID-19. You simply text TALK to 552020. You then give your first name only and zip code. The program will allow Illinois residents to talk to a mental health professional, free of charge, during the COVID-19 crisis. This is a 24-hour hotline.

Additional information on stress and coping is available on the CDC website.
