Horton Summit at Yorktown Subdivision Project

The Village Board recently approved zoning and economic development entitlements for the DR Horton Summit at Yorktown Subdivision – a 90-unit townhome project at 4-44 Yorktown Center (northwest corner of Grace Street and Yorktown Ring Road/Yorktown Convenience Center). 
 
DR Horton is scheduled to close on the property by February 1, 2023.  Townhome construction activity will begin in earnest in early 2023.
