February 20th Plan Commission Meeting 

• PC 23-02: 203 Yorktown Mall, planned development amendment with variations for a proposed 621-unit multi-family development on the site of the former Carson’s anchor store, includes a 0.68-acre plaza/green space and façade improvements to Yorktown Center, where adjacent to the plaza development
• PC 23-03: Village Wide, text amendment to clarify and amend the height of detached garages and accessory structures 

February 22nd Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting 

• ZBA 23-01: 327 S Lombard Avenue, variance for lot coverage for an existing patio 
• ZBA 23-02: 1161 S Finley Road, variances for vacant property that the petitioner proposes to construct a two-family dwelling on  

Public Comment
All persons desiring to comment on the proposed requests will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written statements are encouraged and will be distributed to the Plan Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals and the petitioner if received at the Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, IL, on or before ten days prior to the public hearing. Interested parties are also encouraged to attend the public hearing.
