4th of July Fireworks Display in Lombard
The Village of Lombard will be hosting its annual fireworks display on Tuesday, July 4, at Madison Meadow Park, beginning at approximately 9:30 p.m. or once the sky is completely dark.
Temporary parking restrictions will be in effect in the neighborhoods surrounding Madison Meadow Park to facilitate a smooth traffic flow and minimize congestion. Standard parking regulations, including no parking in front of fire hydrants and within 25 feet of all intersections, will continue to be enforced. Event-goers driving to the area are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for parking.
Please note that in the event of inclement weather, the event time may be changed or rescheduled. The Village will continue to monitor and share updates on our website as well as our social media pages: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Leave the Fireworks to the Professionals
With the Fourth of July weekend approaching, the Lombard Police Department urges residents to leave fireworks to the professionals. Not only is the use of illegal fireworks dangerous and can lead to serious injury, but the loud noise can also cause distress for our community’s children, seniors, veterans, and pets.
Additionally, the discharging of fireworks, including firecrackers, bottle rockets, and roman candles is not allowed in Illinois under state regulations and is a violation of state law and Village ordinances.
Lombard Police officers will respond and appropriately handle all calls for service regarding fireworks complaints. If found in violation of any fireworks statutes, fireworks may be confiscated and individuals cited. To report violations, call the Lombard Police Department's non-emergency number at 630-873-4400.
Please be kind to your neighbors and our community this 4th of July!
