Water Billing Changes January 1
As a reminder, water customers will experience changes to water bills effective January 1, 2020. First, bills will be visually redesigned to improve readability. Second, a new $5 capital fee will be implemented on each monthly bill. This revenue will help pay for Lombard’s aging infrastructure that needs to be replaced in order to continue to provide clean and safe drinking water into the future. Finally, you will now receive your bill on a monthly basis. Bills will be mailed on the 3rd of every month and will be due on the 24th of every month.
