The Village of Lombard is hosting a fireworks display in Madison Meadow Park on Thursday, July 4, 2019. This event will be a fireworks display only.
You can bring food and drinks to the event and we encourage visitors to stay hydrated. There will be no alcohol allowed.
Parking restrictions will be in effect in the area surrounding Madison Meadow Park from noon on Thursday, July 4th through midnight. Limited parking will be available and several Park District lots will be open to the public, but will fill up quickly. Visitors are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the free shuttle service provided by the Village of Lombard.
Shuttles will begin running at 7 p.m. before the event from Madison Meadow School, Glenbard East High School, and Pleasant Lane School. Shuttles will begin returning to these locations after the fireworks display is complete. Shuttles will drop off and pick up at the northern side of Madison Meadow Park.

Shuttle service to and from Madison Meadow will run before the event, beginning at 7 p.m, and after the event. Shuttles will be located on the north side of Madison Meadow Park.
This event is designed for maximum visibility, and fireworks can be viewed from any location in the park.
Fireworks are scheduled to begin at approximately 9:30 p.m., or once the sky is completely dark. In the event of inclement weather, the event time can be moved or the event may be rescheduled. Follow the Village of Lombard’s Facebook and Twitter pages for updates.

Call 911 in the case of any emergency. Emergency medical services will be on-site at the north end of the park off of Madison Street. Use the Parking Map (JPG) to view this location.

In the event of dangerous or inclement weather, the fireworks display will be rescheduled for an alternative date. Check for updates on the Village's 4th of July Event page, Facebook page, or Twitter page.
Madison Meadow Park measures more than 80 acres in area with ample seating available for all spectators. Lombard Parks, including Madison Meadow, open at dawn. Events are scheduled through July 3rd in the park, and anything left in the park before July 4th will be removed. The use of drones and/or the flying of any model aircrafts are prohibited per the Lombard Park District ordinance.
