Sip lemonade and nibble cookies as you enjoy a beautiful summer evening concert listening to Phil Passen, locally recognized dulcimer player. “From Prairie to Farm to City: Music to Commemorate the Illinois Bicentennial” will feature music that reflects the story of Illinois. Bring your folding chair and come rain or shine. There will be a large tent and refreshments will be served. Funding for this program is partially provided through an Illinois Arts Council Artstour & Live Music Grant. No reservations required. The William J.
