Though the Village does require a plat of survey for many permits, we may not have a copy of your plat. Plats are usually received during a property closing. If you lost your plat, you may call a survey firm to obtain a new plat.

A public hearing is a meeting open to public to hear a case or request. The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals conducts public hearings for variances, conditional uses, planned developments, etc. Requests from a public hearing then go before the Village Board for final consideration.
