In an effort to increase the security of your information, the Village of Lombard has changed the way you access your online account to make payments.
As of 12/12/2018, you will now be required to create a profile (username and password) before accessing the online portal.
Once you have created the profile, you will use that username and password moving forward to make payments. Instructions on how to create your account can be found on our website HEREWater/Sewer Payments
Online account setup
To access this system, you will need your account number that is printed just above the bar code on the top right-hand side of your most recent bill (Example Account Number Format: XXXXX-XXX ).
Note: If you want to pay multiple accounts online, please contact Water Billing at email@example.com or call (630) 620-5920 for one-time set-up.
Has your water been shut off? If your water service has been disconnected and you would like to pay your bill online, you will need to call 630-620-5920 during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
