Project Limits:  Various locations throughout the Village.
Project: The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate sanitary manholes. The program addresses deterioration from corrosive hydrogen sulfide gases (H2S), removes intrusive roots, repairs the bottom of the manhole to allow efficient flow of sewage through the system, and repairs cracks that allow groundwater into the sanitary sewer system (which reduces the capacity to convey sewage and also increases the treatment costs).
