FAQs
How does this benefit me? This project significantly improves the roadway’s Overall Condition Index (OCI), meaning the pavement will be in much better shape—smoother, safer, and more reliable for everyday travel. As a resident, you’ll notice fewer cracks, potholes, and rough patches, along with improved drainage that helps prevent standing water and reduces the risk of pavement damage. Together, these improvements provide a more comfortable driving experience, less wear on your vehicle, and a longer-lasting roadway that requires fewer repairs and disruptions over time.
Will my road be closed? During construction hours, access to the roadway will be limited and restricted to local traffic only. Outside of construction hours, one lane will be open to traffic.
If my driveway is inaccessible where do I park? If the work limits the access to driveways, the residents will be given parking passes to utilize on street overnight parking.
Will my water or sewer service be affected? Garbage Services? Mail? There will be no impact to water or sewer services. Garbage services are expected to remain unaffected. If the area has curbside mail, the mailbox may be temporarily relocated if access to the mailbox is limited due to construction activities.
