Newsletters & Notices: A public information meeting regarding construction will take place during the winter of 2025/2026. Residents/property owners will be notified as the date approaches. The “Notify Me” feature and periodic newsletters will be issued. Hand distributed notices will be issued as needed.

These improvements aim to enhance safety, accessibility, and aesthetics along North Grace Street while providing new and improved recreational paths for pedestrians and cyclists.

FAQ’s
Why is this project necessary? The current infrastructure is reaching the end of its service life and needs to be brought up to current Village standards.
How does this benefit the Village? The benefits of the project will be an improved pavement through resurfacing and patching, and enhanced pedestrian and bicycle routes through the removal of gaps by constructing off-road shared-use paths and bike lanes.
Will this impact traffic and parking?
There may be periods of time that residents will not be able to access their driveways due to underground utility construction, roadway excavation, curb and gutter installation, and roadway paving. Overnight parking passes will be distributed prior to resident being out of their driveways overnight or for extended periods of time.
